Dean is back behind the bar, this time pouring the superlative wines of Opolo of Paso Robles.  Opolo has always been known as a top shelf producer of Zinfandel, but their entire portfolio rocks the house.  Our flight is not yet determined, but I have no doubt all the wines will be top notch, with great prices to boot.  Oh, and you'll have to tease Dean as he is now a newlywed!

DARK

5:00 pm to 8:30 pm

$10.00

If you came to our "Pinot Party" last November, you should have noticed that two Pinot Noir varietals were being tasted by both the professor and students of Allan Hancock College.  You see, Hancock is just one of three Junior Colleges in the state of California to be bonded, giving them the ability to sell wines to the public.  Currently, the wine department at Allan Hancock produces about eleven different vintages of wine, all grown, vinted and bottled by the students.  For this flight, you will have the opportunity to try the fruits of their labor and also afforded a venue to purchase the wines, which all sell for twenty dollars or less.  So come out and support your local college!
